Welcome to MensMinistry.online (the "Site"), operated by MensMinistry.online ("MensMinistry," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site — including browsing content, signing up for emails, purchasing merchandise through The Merc, submitting a donation through Fund the Fight, or submitting information through any form — you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who We Are

MensMinistry.online is a Christian men's ministry providing devotional content, community resources, events, and merchandise centered on our mission: pursuing God, building brotherhood, and leading well. We are based in Arkansas, United States.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, the Site by anyone else. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its related systems

  • Uploading or transmitting viruses or malicious code

  • Using the Site to harass, abuse, or harm another person

  • Scraping, copying, or republishing Site content without permission

  • Impersonating MensMinistry.online or any affiliated person or organization

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, the "MensMinistry.online" name and branding, images, and design — is owned by MensMinistry.online or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law, unless otherwise noted (for example, embedded third-party sermons or podcast content, which remains the property of its respective creators). You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

4. Merchandise ("The Merc")

  • All product descriptions, images, and prices are presented in good faith and are subject to change without notice.

  • Orders are processed and fulfilled through our print-on-demand supplier(s); production and shipping times may vary and are communicated at checkout where possible.

  • Payments are processed securely through Squarespace Commerce and Stripe. We do not store your full payment card information.

  • Returns, exchanges, and defective-item claims are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at info@mensministry.online within a reasonable time of receiving your order.

  • Because items are made to order, all sales are generally final unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5. Donations ("Fund the Fight")

  • Donations made through the Site support the ongoing operation of MensMinistry.online.

  • MensMinistry.online is not currently a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations are not tax-deductible, and we cannot issue a tax-deduction receipt.

  • Donations are processed securely through Squarespace Commerce and Stripe.

  • Donations are generally non-refundable, though we will consider refund requests made in good faith and in cases of processing error — contact us at info@mensministry.online.

6. Events

Event information (dates, locations, pricing, and registration details) is provided as accurately as possible but is subject to change. MensMinistry.online is not responsible for third-party venues, travel arrangements, or costs incurred by attendees due to event changes or cancellations.

7. Third-Party Links and Content

The Site contains links to and embeds of third-party content, including podcasts (e.g., The Daily Blade, Live Free with Josh Howerton, Street Preachers), sermon videos, and church listings submitted through our "Near You" feature. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these third parties. Inclusion of a link or embed does not constitute an endorsement of all content produced by that third party.

The "Near You" church finder is provided as a resource to help you find community; we make reasonable efforts to vet listed churches against our stated standards but cannot guarantee or take responsibility for the beliefs, practices, or conduct of any independently operated church or organization listed.

8. Email Communications

By subscribing to our email list, you consent to receive newsletters, devotionals, event announcements, and occasional promotional messages from us. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link included in every email.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MensMinistry.online, its founders, staff, and volunteers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, purchases, donations, or attendance at events.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
